The founder & Principle Hossam Younes’s vision is to upgrade the clients’ expectations & bring a design to life. Under his guidance, the incredibly creative team of architects, urban designers, landscapers, construction site engineers and interior designers work together in a collaborative regularity to reach that flawless vision of a design & bring it to life. Over time, we have built a strong & creative team, in which Interior designers, architects, structural and landscape engineers work side by side and synchronize together from the first step of the design process. By doing so, we develop wholly integrated design solutions for our clients.

Founder : HY CREATIONS
Hossam Younes, Founder and Principal of HY Creations has an architectural background as a designer on a diversity of building types including residential, office building, interiors, museums, churches, mosques and memorials projects in the U.S., Egypt, and abroad. In 2010, he has been licensed by RIBA "Royal Royal Institute of British Architects", in 2015, AIA Assoc. "American Institute of Architects"
Mr. Younes has been working as a project architects in New York City, USA. From 2013 till 2020, he was in charge in various local and international projects, such as The Ark of Return in New York City which is the Permanent Memorial to Honor the Victims of Slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade at the United Nations. Moreover, The National palace of Haiti, The Enslaved African Memorial, and The Memorial Garden in Brooklyn. Mr. Younes focused his professional efforts and developed expertise in Contemporary interior design, Master Planning, Mixed use housing development, and Office building. Currently reopen his architecture firm in Cairo, Alexandria Egypt, He was established his firm in 2008 to 2013, and he paused working in Egypt , looking for international experience.
Mr. Younes received his Bachelor of Architecture and Environmental design degree from AAST Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Department of Architecture in 2004 and his Master of Architecture from AAST in 2010. He has also been a TA Teacher Assistant at AAST, Department of Architecture from 2004 to 2013. He has served as TA in many courses including Architectural and interior design, Computer drafting, Execution design, and Landscape Design. He focused his academic research of “intelligent architecture towards intelligent office building”.
